Toyota Corolla Altis 1.6X Model 2024
Toyota Corolla 2024 is a series of compact sedans manufactured by Toyota. With its comfortable, sleek design, and good performance, it has gained a major following worldwide. The 11th generation is also present in Pakistan, although the 12th generation has been introduced in the rest of the countries but has not yet been launched in Pakistan.
History
Toyota introduced its cars in Pakistan in 1989 through a joint venture company. The company introduced the first Toyota Corolla in Pakistan in 1993. It has continued to be Pakistan's favourite car in all these years. The locally assembled 7th generation Corolla was an instant hit when it was presented in the market. Toyota Corolla Altis continued to be assembled in Pakistan until 2002. It was the longest production period for any locally assembled model of Toyota in the world.
Toyota launched the 8th generation Corolla in 1995, complete with overhauling. It had a new four-cylinder 1.8-litre DOHC aluminium-body engine. It had a more rounded exterior design. In 2000, the 9th generation Corolla was introduced to the public, with immense security features related to anti-lock brakes, stability control, and traction control systems. Along with a re-defined smooth design. The 10th generation Corolla was launched in 2009 in Pakistan with a wide range of engine options, 1.3 litres and 1.8 litres for its petrol variant, and 2.0-liter capacity for the diesel variant.

The other option available is the 1.6-liter four-cylinder which generates 120 hp @ 6000 rpm and a torque of 154 Nm @ 5200 rpm. It has a 4-speed automatic transmission. The I-4 cylinder engine has a low fuel-consuming rate, making it a very good option for daily use. Both variants have dual VVTI technology.
